Good therapy should help you understand yourself more fully - but it should also help equip you for tomorrow.

THE CLINICAL PHILOSOPHY
Jeri Sullivant, LSCSW, LCSW
I'm Jeri, founder of Sullivant Psychotherapy. With over 15 years of experience working in mental health I have noticed this: Most of us know what we should do; the challenge is figuring out why we keep doing something else. Together, we'll explore the deeper stories, beliefs, relationships, and patterns that shape your life while also building practical skills that help you navigate today's challenges.
My approach blends evidence-based clinical care with a respect for the spiritual dimension of healing. Whether you're wrestling with anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, addiction, life transitions, questions of meaning, or simply feeling stuck, I believe lasting change happens when insight, action, and purpose come together.
In our work, we'll ask questions about identity, faith, suffering, and what it means to live well. We'll also talk about boundaries, communication, coping skills, and the realities of everyday life. Growth often requires both contemplation and a calendar.
My goal is not simply to help you feel better, but to become more connected to yourself, your relationships, your values, and the life you hope to build.
Our work is collaborative, rigorous, and as often as possible, humorous. Together, we establish a rapport where complex truths can be explored safely and change becomes possible.
